Krzysztof brings years of hands-on experience from the bar and restaurant world. Certified with WSET Level 2 in Wine, he combines product knowledge with a relaxed, down-to-earth approach that makes every guest feel welcome. Whether you’re looking for the perfect glass or planning a private tasting, Krzysztof ensures service is always personal and memorable.
Charlotte – Co-Founder, Wine & Spirits Specialist
Charlotte’s passion for wine, spirits, and people is at the heart of The Wine Shed. With WSET qualifications in Wine (Levels 1–3), Spirits (Level 2), and Beer (Level 1), she brings deep expertise and infectious energy to every conversation. Charlotte has over 15 years of experience in hospitality and wholesale, and she’s always happy to share a recommendation — and maybe a story or two behind the bottle.
Our Story, Poured with Passion
Krzysztof and Charlotte’s journey together began in the bustling environment of a popular restaurant in Market Harborough, where Krzysztof served as the general manager, and Charlotte thrived as the bar manager. Their shared passion for hospitality and mutual admiration for each other’s dedication laid the foundation for both a professional and personal partnership. Over the years, they not only cultivated a successful working relationship but also nurtured a deep connection that blossomed into love. Four years later, their shared dream has materialized into reality as they embark on a new adventure—opening their own wine shop and cocktail bar. This new venture is a testament to their combined expertise, creativity, and commitment to delivering exceptional experiences. Their establishment promises to be a haven for connoisseurs and casual patrons alike, bringing together Krzysztof’s strategic acumen and Charlotte’s flair for crafting exquisite cocktails into a harmonious blend of sophistication and warmth.
