Posted on Thomas S My husband and I came in out of curiosity, and was immediately met with a welcome introduction, and a very handy guide of the wine shop upstairs. We also had a charcuterie board for 2, with a glass of white wine, and espresso martini. The food was great, the atmosphere and vibe was brilliant too. Would recommend and will be coming again for both your food and wine knowledge in the shop. Thanks again for a great afternoon visit!Posted on Owen A Excellent wine, great service, lovely atmosphere.Posted on Alison A We Went last night pre-cinema and enjoyed a relaxed bottle of wine and sharing platter. Had the added attraction of live saxophonist playing. Service is really good and friendly, food and wine great. We will be doing this again and went back this morning to tell them how much we enjoyed it. Will be also adding it to our list of lovely independant venues in MH to gave coffee at. Dog friendly also. Advised to book if you want to go in the evening.Posted on Alicia G Lovely place for a nice drink and a bite to eat with friendsPosted on Nicola B We absolutely love this classy hidden gem, it’s tucked away up a little alley behind the church next to Ginger Kate’s boutique. We sat in the little courtyard and enjoyed a glass or two of champagne and nibbles on a board of delicious bread and olives, whilst chatting to other friendly people. The owners are very welcoming and I love the 1920’s industrial meets luxury feel, very cosy, and ambient, we’ll definitely be back.Posted on Anna P Best place in Market Harbourough for drinks and nibbles 👍🏻Posted on Adrian C So happy we have such a gem of a place in town now. A very warm welcome and great service. Menus arrived swiftly with some water. A delicious selection of wines, we had The Waddling Duck. We ordered a charcuterie and cheese board for 4, which when it arrived was a rambunctious feast of delights, great quality produce and a good choice of great cheese, for once a platter with enough crackers and bread to go round. I really look forward to spending many an afternoon and evening supporting this local Business.Posted on Louise M Loved this little place hidden away from hustle and bustle. Great cheese board and lovely staff.Posted on Amy L So most of you who know me, know I LOVE a well made espresso martini... and I can throw a toddler style tantrum if I pay a tenner for a sub par one. When we moved to our end of town some years ago I found an especially good martini maker named Charlotte, who I visited often and always started shaking upon my arrival. Unfortunately she moved on from my local and I lost track of her. So I threw a toddler style tantrum and stopped frequenting said establishment. Anyways I was having a little flick through Instagram and who's face should appear on the newest bar in towns page?? Only my espresso martini crush, Charlotte! So I did what any sane person would do and made my whole family rush to my work upon finishing time and I stalked the poor girl to her new place (which she only bloody well owns!) And when I walked in she looked at me and said 'Hey! Do you remember me?' Remember you, darling? I hunted you down 😂 I've never been so happy to have her back!
